Once again the blog has been a bit silent. I haven't been doing anything model related that have been worthy of blogging (mostly been working on my PA website) lately. However I did co-host the Swedish Nationals this year and preparations and work after that has taken a lot of my hobby time and my hobby slump doesn't really seem to be passing so I am quite a bit late with the show report.
This year we tried a new approach to the Nationals as we incorporated the novice division into the open halter division and held all of it on just one day. It seemed like a good plan but as it drew closer it seemed less like a good plan as we got a lot of entrants! More than expected and I think also more than we've had for a few years.
Another thing new for this year was that we started the day with Performance instead of saving it for last. We had quite a few performance entries this year and they were divided into 6 classes among three championships, English, Western and Costume/Scene.
Unfortunately I didn't manage to get pictures of all the Performance entries but here is a selection of the ones I was able to photograph.
